Requesting a new feature

Submitting a new feature is best done through a support ticket. The support team can triage your request and see if there isn't an existing way to solve the problem at hand. 

The best way to describe a new feature, is by first describing the problem that you are trying to solve. 
And then describe how you envision a new feature that will solve that specific problem.

If the support team cannot provide you with a solution to the problem, they will create an internal request for the product team to look into.
