Is it possible to install Mailhog Monitoring on our Environment?

No. Currently, you can't install Mailhog monitoring on our platform, as we do not expose the ability to download apt packages.
Every Platform.sh Environment has its own unique SendGrid sub-user with allocated credits, there is no official email testing tool that we endorse.
