Created secondary staff title group

I created a secondary group for staff that is only visible to admins at https://community.platform.sh/groups/platform-staff. The purpose of this group is to automatically give staff titles and permissions, since this is not a setting that can be changed on the default staff group.

Now, when someone registers with a platform.sh email address, they will automatically be given the default title of “Platform.sh Staff” and be granted Trust Level 4. Unfortunately, there is no way to automatically granted moderator privileges.
