Enable text/code formatting controls when filing support request

It's difficult to file, parse and read technical support tickets without the ability to use code blocks for pasting logs, configurations, code snippets, etc.
What's more frustrating is that support staff *can* format their comments but Platform.sh customers *cannot*.
This request would either A) enable the code block and inline code buttons for the wysiwyg editor or B) add instructions on how to format text (eg w/ markdown syntax?) on both the "Submit Ticket" UI at https://accounts.platform.sh/user/XXX/support/create as well as at https://support.platform.sh/hc/en-us/requests/XXXX in the Zendesk UI for adding comments.
