Recommend fixing the 27 broken links in the default .upsun/config.yaml file

I just want to point out for the Upsun team that in the .upsun/config.yaml file that was auto-created with the `upsun project:init` command, only 1 out of 28 of the links within the comments throughout the file goes to a working webpage.
27 of the 28 links go to a 404 page; I'd recommend fixing these links.
Candidly, as a newcomer to deployment, I can't say my ongoing attempt to deploy is inspiring confidence in my choice to use Upsun, especially with documentation problems like this causing extra friction for an already difficult task.

Your frustration is certainly understandable, and that certainly shouldn't be the case! Give us a bit to replicate what you've encountered and we'll get things fixed up.
