Extra storage can be added for a fee, at 5 GB increments per environment.
If you have a total of 6 development environments (plus one production environment), the fee for the extra amount of storage is multiplied by 6. To ensure all environments are available on demand, the fee applies to all environments you have added even if you aren’t currently actively using them.
All extra consumption is prorated to the time it was actually used. For example, if you add extra storage for 10 days, you’re billed around 1/3 of the current price for a full month.
To add storage, follow these steps:
- In your project's console, click the three little dots located right next to the Settings icon (below your profile name).
- Click Edit plan.
- Under Storage, select a amount of storage you need per environment.
- Click Save to accept the new plan cost.
You can make any changes up to 100 GB yourself. For storage over 100 GB, create a support ticket.
You currently can’t reduce your storage on your own for technical reasons. If you need to reduce storage, create a support ticket.
