How to clone a project

Cloning a project or moving it to a different region requires a few steps. To clone (or move) your project to a different project within the same or a different region, you need to:

• Plan the whole cloning/migration process
• create a new empty project
• copy your code
• copy all files and data
• migrate variables and project settings
• test the new site

If you are doing the migration of the site, and as part of that process, cloning a project, you should also:

• switch to the new size
• remove the old project
