Transfer a project to another organization?

To transfer a project from one organization to another one:

1. The support ticket request must come from the current organization owner. 
2. The target organization must also have a payment method assigned to it. 
3. Make sure that the new owner is part of the project. If they aren’t yet, add them with Project Admin permission.
4. Submit a support ticket from the current organization to ask for the transfer.
