How do I transfer my organization to a new owner?

To transfer an organization to a new owner:

1. The request must come from the current organization owner. 
2. Make sure that the new owner is part of the organization. If they aren’t yet, add them.
3. Submit a support ticket from the current organization to ask for the transfer.
