If your organization billing is set to use credit card for payments, you need to have a valid credit card added at all times to be able to pay the invoices and keep your projects running.
Please note that in order to change your billing settings, you need to be the organization's owner or a user with manage billing permission.
You can be granted the manage billing permission from the organization's owner or another user who has already been granted manage billing permission within the organization.
The steps to follow:
- Navigate to the organization you want to manage.
- Open the user menu (your name or profile picture).
- Click on Billing.
- Fill in all the billing information.
- Click on Save.
- Enter your credit card information.
- Agree on the terms.
- Click on Save.
