You may see this error when trying to edit your credit card information within your organization's settings.
You will need to first check if your credit card has not yet expired. If you are trying to update your credit card information, please make sure that your credit card is valid and that you are filling in all the fields within your organization's billing settings (including the email address).
You may also see a 3D secure error. In this case, please open a support ticket with a screenshot of the error, for support to investigate further into this issue.
