While making changes in the console, you can get an error message saying that you are not able to save those changes because of a past due invoice.
This means that an invoice has not been payed, and could happen due to some factors:
- Credit card added as payment method is expired, blocked...
- Payment method selected is not a valid one.
- Not enough money in your bank account.
- Banks sometimes ask for customer permissions to do a payment, for security reasons.
If after checking those possible issues, everything seems to be fine, but the problem persists, please do not hesitate to open a support ticket.
