SendGrid credits limit get automatically reset. When the SendGrid user reputation or delivery rate is low, the automatic credit reset process will stop in order to protect SendGrid from being blocked as spam.
Please open a support ticket and we will let you know which recipients email addresses are rejecting emails, so you can stop emailing to them.
