Can we access our mail logs on our server?

Currently, you can't access your mail logs directly, however the Support team can assist you with accessing some logs via ticket if you are looking for specific details.

We keep the last 25–35 days of Logs available.

On Dedicated Clusters, the mail log is available under /var/log/mail.log.
