When changing your credit card information for your organization, you need to first fill in all the required billing information, including the email address.
Please note that in order to change your billing settings, you need to be the organization's owner or a user with manage billing permissions.
The steps to follow:
- Navigate to the organization you want to manage.
- Open the user menu (your name or profile picture).
- Click on Billing.
- Add all your billing details including your email address.
- Click on Save.
- Enter your credit card information.
- Agree on the terms.
- Click on Save.
