Error: "Your free trial could not be processed due to an internal error" when trying to create a new project

This error may occur because your free trial account has not been successfully created. The free trial is associated to a given account and to a given organization.

Please remember that free trials last for 30 days and that you will only be able to create up to two projects per day with a max size of L per project. After trial expiration, if you wish to keep having access to your projects and keep working on them, please add a payment method to your organization in your organization billing settings. 

If you keep having this issue, do not hesitate to open a support ticket and let us know the steps to reproduce this error and provide a screenshot or screencast if possible.
