There are several reasons for a project to be suspended. Please check if your project is under one of this options:
- Your free trial has ended, and no credit card/payment method has been added in your console.
- Your credit card has expired, and a new valid credit card hasn't been added.
- Problems with your payments: invoices are past due, soft declined...
- Our system has detected an abusive use in your account.
Please review in your project and Organization settings for any of the above cases. If after checking these options everything seems to be fine (valid credit card added, no payments issues...) but the problem persists, please open a support ticket.
